Culles Les Roches is a small, quiet village set in the Burgundy wine area of Côte Chalonais.

The village is backed to the north by limestone cliffs and faces South across the valley to woods with vinyards to the south east.

The village has no commerce but is close to the medieval town of St Gengoux le National (5km) and Buxy (7km) both with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
